Why ‘Yama’?

The first two aspects, or ‘limbs', of yoga are the yamas and niyamas. They give us guidance on how to manage ourselves and relate to others in the world. They tell us that yoga, in it's truest sense, is a binding of all our unique aspects …mental, physical, social, psychological, and spiritual.

One's spiritual realisation lies in none other than how one walks among and interacts with one's fellow beings.”
